Elaina Moore COO

Educator. Strategist. Brand Architect

Elaina Moore is the Chief Operating Officer of NFNTE Capital and the founder of Creed Marketing. She has spent her career at the intersection of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and institution building. At NFNTE Capital, she leads business development and institutional partnerships across a national curriculum portfolio that reaches K-12 students, college students, entrepreneurs, founders, and corporations. She also developed DEMAND, NFNTE’s consumer behavior and marketing strategy program, which turns behavioral science into tools people can actually use.

Elaina’s brand-side work is rooted in 15 years of DTC, CPG, and ecommerce strategy. She served as Head of Digital and DTC at Renfro Brands before founding Creed Marketing, where her client work includes Beekman 1802 and the Conair portfolio of brands, including Cuisinart, Conair, and BaByliss Pro. Her work has driven outcomes including a 3.8x increase in average order value, a 35% reduction in customer acquisition cost, and $20M+ in P&L oversight.

Her program development work extends beyond NFNTE. As a consultant for the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Elaina designed and led a national Community of Practice supporting women-led CPG and product-based businesses. She built a curriculum spanning retail readiness, pricing strategy, margin modeling, product-market fit, and go-to-market execution, and established partnerships with retailers, capital networks, and service providers to expand founder access to distribution and funding.

A graduate of the UNC Chapel Hill Executive MBA program, Elaina teaches Consumer Behavior at UNC Charlotte, where her academic work directly informs the frameworks she deploys across NFNTE programs and founder cohorts nationwide.

When she is not in the classroom or working with founders, Elaina is likely on the sidelines of a youth sports field, building the next generation of athletes and entrepreneurs at the same time.
