Chacho has been building businesses since his teens, from selling chocolate bars door-to-door to operating a window cleaning company through college. Over the past decade, he’s channeled that into early-stage investing, backing 75+ pre-seed companies and leading the investment team at Techstars Detroit. Beyond capital, he supports founders with fundraising, storytelling, team building, and operations. He’s on a journey to figure out how the worlds of Buffett and venture capital fit together (or not), which draws him to founders building their business for the long haul.

In his free time, Chacho is usually training for his next marathon, walking with his wife and dogs, or reading fiction.
