Samantha Zo is a brand strategist and creative operator with 10+ years of experience building the marketing infrastructure that moves brands from early traction to scalable growth. She began her career as COO of a NYC-based creative agency, where she scaled operations from 5 clients and 3 team members to 15+ clients and a 20-person team — earning a Clutch Award for Top Creative Agency along the way — with a client roster that included Seagram’s, The Honest Company, and Little Spoon.

She left to found BTWN WRLDS, a brand marketing agency built around brand trust, creative marketing, and growth, bringing that operator’s lens directly to startups and founder-led brands. As a fractional CMO and embedded growth partner, she oversees strategy, content systems, paid media, and creator programs across consumer, DTC, and social capital brands. Most recently, she directed the launch campaign for BRCĒ, a Shark Tank-featured brand, delivering 3.4x ROAS, 662K Meta accounts reached, and 1.4M combined organic views. At NFNTE Capital, she serves as CMO, leading brand voice, content strategy, and growth marketing for a community-first entrepreneurship brand.

When she is not building brand systems for founders, Sam is exploring nature trails with her toddler or finding her next favorite city.
