Simone Harvey is a strategist, operator, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who has spent 15 years building things that did not exist before. She has founded organizational functions from scratch, scaled global teams across five regions, and served as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders navigating high-stakes decisions at Fortune 500 financial services firms and high-growth tech companies reshaping how the world connects. Her work sits at the intersection of operational excellence and human development: building the systems that make organizations run and developing the people who lead them.

As a Professional Certified Coach credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, Simone brings both Georgetown University coaching training and an MBA from San Francisco State University to her practice. She has also completed McKinsey’s Management Accelerator through the Black Leadership Academy, deepening her expertise in strategic leadership at scale.

Today, she is the founder of Sāntis Group, an executive coaching practice serving founders and senior leaders. There, she combines traditional coaching with emerging technology, including a proprietary AI-powered platform she built to enhance coaching outcomes and accessibility.
